Ana Vincent: “The Rougaroux” Wins at The Vidlings and Tapeheads Film Festival

Ana Vincent’s (BA 2018) animated short, The Rougaroux, has been accepted to film festivals across the country, including The Lift-Off Genre Film Festival (where she won first place out of 84 other internationally participating shorts), The Los Angeles Lift-Off Film festival, Ours Film Festival, and The Detroit International Festival of Animation. Most recently, The Rougaroux was featured at The Vidlings and Tapeheads film festival in Hamtramck, Michigan, where it won first place in the Made in Michigan category. ​“The Rougaroux” was Vincent’s graduating project as part of the BA Capstone Curriculum at Stamps under Rebekah Modrak.
