Call Your Mom Presents "Say You're Sorry"
Call Your Mom, a multimedia performance collective that includes Stamps alumni Emma Bergman, Sophie Goldberg, and Mia Massimino (all BFA Interarts Performance ’17), is partnering with Lumina Studio Theatre to present Say You’re Sorry, a new play that explores the messy process of forgiveness. Performances will take place at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 8, and Saturday, September 9 at the Silver Spring Black Box in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Say You’re Sorry is the product of three years of performance research across the US and abroad. The play takes audiences through 75 minutes of real and imagined conversations between characters seeking some form of redemption. There’s movement, live video, original music by composer Douglas Hertz, and more. After the show, you’ll have an opportunity to interact with the work via our Forgivability Scale.
