Carpas Magica/Magic Tent Presents

Opening its wings for the first time is the Carpas Magica, a collaborative project of Nick Tobier, Charlie Michaels and Mick Kennedy/​TCAUP. Supported by the Stamps School Faculty Seed Grant and mCube, this demountable structure hosts events, exhibits and public programs.
Join us Saturday, July 12 from noon — 3 pm at 412 W. Grand Boulevard in Detroit for music, food and papel picado workshops led by Flor Walker.
