David is an artist, entrepreneur and inspirational speaker. He will share what inspires his work — life sciences, innovation and spirituality. He creates vibrant mixed media paintings with rich color, intensity, and interactive texture. His art shares crisp details similar to microscopic images of neurons or photos from the Hubble Space Telescope. He is interested in experimentation and innovation and frequently collaborates with chemists to create novel techniques and mediums. Landau’s work is themed to highlight our subconscious drive for spirituality; the imagery symbolizes interconnectedness between all people and cultures. David Landau is from Ann Arbor. He graduated in 2008, receiving a B.A. in Psychology, and studied painting and ceramics at Residential College, University of Michigan.
