Jennifer Krause Chapeau Presents at Art Fair 14C
Jennifer Krause Chapeau (BFA 1984) recently showed her work at the inaugural Art Fair 14C in Jersey City from March 15 – 17. With over 50 exhibitors and more than 200 artists represented, Art Fair 14C aims to address issues of cost and access for artists and small and medium sized art galleries who are often shut out of art fairs. Art Fair 14C stands out as an initiative of the Jersey City Arts Council, a 501c3 non-profit, by giving these artists and exhibitors from around the world a platform. The fair includes a Juried Show with nearly 40 artists from New Jersey, and all proceeds of Art Fair 14C will benefit the Jersey City Arts Council and the artists and arts organizations it supports.
Krause Chapeau’s work was featured in the Marloe Gallery, located in room 822 of the fair. Since graduating from Stamps, Krause Chapeau has gone on to show her work in galleries in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Michigan, and France. Her work is also in private collections across the country and abroad.
