Marianetta Porter: Distinguished Faculty Achievement Award
Penny W. Stamps School of Art & Design Professor Marianetta Porter has been awarded a University of Michigan Distinguished Faculty Achievement Award in recognition of her pathbreaking creative work and research and her many contributions to the Stamps School and the University community. Professor Porter was honored at a campus-wide award ceremony on Monday, October 10.
University of Michigan Distinguished Faculty Achievement Awards — among the highest faculty honors on campus — recognize senior faculty who consistently have demonstrated outstanding achievements in the areas of scholarly research or creative endeavors, teaching and mentoring of students and junior faculty, service and a variety of other activities.
