Melanie Manos Exhibits New Work at Simone DeSousa Gallery

Stamps Lecturer Melanie Manos presents Watercolor, a new video work installed inside a Dodge Pickup fender, as part of the exhibition A Painting Show at Simone DeSousa Gallery, Detroit. The contemplative video, the second in a series incorporating auto parts and videos, was shot from the interior of a (parked) vehicle during a torrential rain this past autumn. The exhibit runs through December 23, 2017.
