Motawi Tileworks at Ann Arbor Art Fair

Motawi Tileworks, owned by Stamps alumna Nawal Motawi (BFA ​‘88), will have a booth at this year’s Ann Arbor Art Fair. Motawi will display and sell an extensive collection of handcrafted art tile, with on-site framing and clock installation services available. Before founding Motawi Tileworks over 20 years ago, Nawal began making her own tiles in a garage studio and selling them from a stand she rented at the local farmers’ market. 

When: Thursday, July 18 — Saturday, July 20 from 10 am — 9 pm; Sunday, July 21 from 12 — 6 pm
Where: The corner of South University and State Street, adjacent to the U‑M Museum of Art
