Sally Clegg Exhibits at Westfield State University

Stamps Lecturer and alumna Sally Clegg (MFA ​‘20) presents Personal Watermelon, a solo exhibition of recent work in sculpture, painting, and printmaking at Westfield State University’s Arno Maris Gallery in Westfield Massachusetts.

The exhibition explores the substance and surreality of self-care rituals and object-mediated intimacies. Borrowing forms from new and old products marketed to enhance or facilitate self-relation, Clegg creates playful, poignant, and sometimes satirical objects, images, and assemblages.
