Initial Response is an 8 foot tall plaster figure sculpture, and an Augmented Reality (AR) counterpart. This project explores ideas of representation; mostly those of an original as opposed to a re-creation, but also representation of the body, and representation of the physical opposed to the virtual worlds.
Exploring the visceral reaction of seeing and comparing the same piece through different media, the viewer will be able to come to a conclusion on the value of the original as opposed to the representation of the original.
