As a performance artist, musician, poet, writer, and visual artist — Laurie Anderson is considered one of the most important artists of the 20th century. Her work as a visual artist has been shown nationally and internationally. She has also released seven albums including Big Science, featuring the song “O Superman.” Most recently, Anderson premièred a new theatrical work, Delusion, at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games, and released her new album Homeland.
