Updated COVID-19 Policies
On March 12, University of Michigan President Mark Schlissel announced the university’s plans for the Fall 2021 semester. These plans were developed in close consultation with public health experts, faculty, staff, students at all levels, the local health department, campus leaders, and many others.
Fall 2021

Course Modalities
Faculty carefully considered which Stamps Winter 2021 undergraduate courses required in-person instruction for successful delivery. The majority of Stamps courses will be delivered remotely this winter. Course modalities are accurately reflected in Wolverine Access and on the Stamps website.
Studio Access
Winter 2021 A&A Building hours and access to the media-specific studios are detailed on this document. We plan to open classrooms and studios on the first day of classes, Tuesday January 19, 2021.

Compliance Reporting
Students, faculty, and staff at both the Stamps School and Taubman College will be encouraged to report non-emergency building compliance concerns via our Art + Architecture Building Compliance Issues form. This form may be filled out anonymously, if desired. Responses will be monitored for trends and proactive solutions will be implemented for recurring issues. Coordination between the chiefs of staff of Taubman and Stamps will occur on a regular basis to share what is being reported and to identify next steps.Issues may also be brought to the attention of HR and Dean’s office staff.
Faculty, staff and students will also be referred to the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) for consultation regarding concerns of bias, harassment, ADA non-compliance, and other issues that may fall under OIE’s mission.
