Joyce Brienza Exhibits at Peace Gallery in Detroit

The show runs from January 31 – April 4, 2015 with an opening reception on Saturday, January 31 from 2 – 5 pm and an aritst’s talk at 3 pm.

This exhibit is curated by Grace Serra, Artist and Art Advisor at Children’s Hospital in Detroit. Her Healing Arts Program aims to bring the curative power of art to heal what medicine alone cannot. She has gathered the specific artists in this exhibit as a group of kindred spirits in their quest to bring happiness and healing to others and themselves through art. They have all touched the lives of the patients and families of Children’s Hospital of Michigan through either their own art or the art making programs there.
