Janice Drake-Austin

I grew up in Itta Bena, Mississippi. I moved to Michigan quite young & quickly became a Michigander who fully accepts all three seasons here (Summer, Winter, & Construction).

I am the second oldest of 3 sisters & 3 brothers which has undoubtedly contributed to my gratitude for our unique differences that connect us as we learn & grow from one another, as well as my love for a career that is designed to support people & lend a helping hand.

From a few years of experience as an administrative assistant, my commitment to excellence has made me keenly aware of the importance of having a positive attitude & joyful energy that contributes to the greater good of the entire office team.

I adore coffee - it makes the world go round! My husband and I enjoy traveling, outdoor adventures and, of course, Michigan’s beloved football team!
