Found object sculpture made from various materials such as cardboard, metal scraps, and plastic objects. The sculpture sits on an old window frame as a base and all objects are bound together by yarn. Various sheer, textured fabrics are then draped over the found objects.

Found then Bound

“Found then Bound” is composed of a collection of unrelated objects, many of which were going to be disposed of after fulfilling their intended use. This sculpture explores the obscure relationships between these materials, forcing them to interact and create a larger form solely through the binding of yarn as a means of connection. The physical attachment of these objects assign them a new purpose, separating them from that which was intended and instead allowing the objects to take on newfound experimental forms.
